Alma (Bulkey) Overstreet

Alma Bulkley Overstreet, passed away Thursday, June 22, in Gainesville, Ga. Alma was born September 7, 1919, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and moved to Tallahassee in 1925. She was a charter member of Thomasville Road Baptist Church. 

Alma was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, H.W. Overstreet. Survivors include son, Jim Overstreet and spouse Diane, of Buford, Ga. Daughter, Kathy Overstreet, of Ellijay, Ga., Granddaughter, Lauren Overstreet, of Atlanta.  Nephews and a niece also survive.

Graveside services will be held at Oakland Cemetery in Tallahassee, on Wednesday June 28, at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the charity of your choice.
