Danny Lee Fowler

Danny Lee Fowler, 53, of Dahlonega, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2015.

Born in Gainesville, GA on March 31, 1962, he had been a resident of Lumpkin County for over 20 years.  Mr. Fowler was employed with Lummus Building Supply in Oakwood and was a graduate of North Hall High School class of 1980. He was of the United Methodist faith.

Mr. Fowler is survived by his wife of 20 years, Wanda Fowler of Dahlonega; step daughter and husband, Heather Connell (Dylan) of Gainesville; grandchildren, Kepler, Kylan and Hendrix; mother, Mary Woody of Murrayville; sister and brother in law, Beth Bullock (Van) of Jefferson; brothers, Dean Fowler, Chuck Fowler of Murrayville; mother in law, Fran Baker of Lula; sister in law, Wendy Hiler of Cleveland; brother in law, Brad Baker of Lula; brother in law and sister in law, Tim Baker (Kelly) of Gainesville and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2015 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. Scott Hearn will officiate.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday after the service.
