Dorothy Mae Smith

Mrs. Dorothy Mae Smith, 85, of Flowery Branch, died Sunday August 16, 2015 at Willow Wood Nursing Home.

Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Cecil Herman Smith, Son; Ricky Smith and Grandson; David Bickerstaff.

She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Bickerstaff of Talmo, Ga. Sons; Royce (Shirley) Smith of Gainesville, and Harry Smith of Murrayville, Sister and Brother-in-law Sally (Hal) Loggins of Gainesville, Sister and Brother-in-law, Betty (Jim) Hudgins of Gainesville, Sister and Brother-in-law; Polly (James) Mooney of Gainesville, and Brother; Eston B. Cantrell of Alabama, 6 grandchildren,  8 great grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

The Family will receive friends on Monday August 17, from 3-8 p.m. at Little & Davenport Funeral Home

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday August 18, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  Interment to follow in Open Door Baptist Church Cemetery, Flowery Branch, Ga.

The Rev. Michael Parker, Rev. Keith Roberts and Jimmy Smith will officiate.
