James Allan Stephenson

James A. “Jim” Stephenson, 64, of Gainesville, was born on October 17, 1952 in Los Angeles, CA.

 He has joined his parents, Donald “Steve” and Edie Stephenson and his twin, John, in God’s arms after a 4 year battle with cancer.

He was a jokester with a sense of humor who never met a stranger. He loved his Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons and the Braves. Jim is survived by John’s family (CA/AZ), 3 sisters: Pamela Dudzik (OR), Patty Levy (FL),  Mary Cundiff (CA) and 2 brothers: Don Stephenson (AZ) and Dennis Stephenson (CA) and their families.  Uncle Jim had a special spot in his heart for his nephews and nieces. The last 14 years he has loved and been loved by Debra Moore, his soul mate. We love you and will miss you forever.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 2-5pm, at Little & Davenport Funeral Home, 355 Dawsonville Hwy., Gainesville, GA.
