Janet Elizabeth White

Janet Elizabeth White, 69 of Gainesville passed away Saturday September 16, 2017 at her residence.

A lifelong resident of Hall County, Ms. White was retired from Hardy Chevrolet where she had worked for a number of years as a bookkeeper.  She was a member of Dewberry Baptist Church #2.

Survivors include her mother, Edna Gruber, Gainesville; son, Steve Pittman, Gainesville; daughter and son-in-law, Betsy and Randy Chandler, Gainesville; grandson and wife, Ben and BreeAnna Chandler, Gainesville; grandson, Josh Chandler, Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Josephine White, Lebanon, TN.

Ms. White is preceded in death by her father, Bennie White.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday September 20, 2017 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  Rev. Phil Ferguson and Rev. Clack Stubbs will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday September 18, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. and again Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.

The family would like to say a special Thank You to Hospice of Northeast Georgia and BreeAnna Chandler for the love and care given to Ms. White during her illness.
