We were so sorry to hear of Kelly's passing. We remember him from our oldest son's AAU days. As everyone knows, Kelly was such a kind person. No matter long of a time may have passed since the last time you saw him, he always smiled and had a kind word . Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. God Bless.

To all the Westmorland family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Kelly was loved by Cliff and myself so very much. I am so sorry about Kelly's passing. Cliff has been gone now for over 2 years and I am sure heaven just got sweeter when Kelly made it home. He was always a happy go lucky man even when he was down and out. He will surely be missed. Our heart goes out to you all. May God's comfort be with you today and always. All my love, Shirley Savage Bruce.

I will always remember Kelly's smile and humor. He enjoyed life and the people his met. Tony Jones always called him Kelly Two-Bars after the horses they rode. Now they are all riding on that peaceful plain. I send my heartfelt condolences to his family. He will be missed by so many. Lynn Adams

How saddened we are to lose such a true friend. We have always enjoyed Kelly's presence around the Jackson family. His smile, wit, and straight talk will be missed greatly. His passion for life, work ethic, and desire to help others stemmed from a big heart! Whether it was bringing firewood to a widow or loaning his new mower, he was always there to help. Our prayers are with his family and all those who knew him and loved him.

My deepest sympathy to Sandi, Sandra, Cree and all the family with the loss of Kelly. Know my thoughts and prayers are with you all and I will miss him so much. Many wonderful childhood memories of him and the family growing up together and spending such fun times with our love of horses and showing together and friendly competition with each other. Kelly certainly found his purpose in life, building dreams for so many people and serving their needs with his expertise and talent. Even though I have not seen him so much in his mid adult years, I heard from many all the wonderful things he did for them and saw much of his awesome work. Always impressive in his own special way. I pray for comfort for you all in knowing Kelly is looking down with love and pride. Kelly s riding high with his Dad and Roger on the best ride in Heaven, that we cannot imagine.

It's been many years since I last saw you but I remember your contagious smile. I often tell people share a smile today because it may be the only one a person sees during the day and it will enrich their soul if only temporary. Thoughts and prayers for your family and may GOD comfort them during this challenging time.
Sincerely,
Sherri Holcombe

Sandi and Kelly's family, I am at loss for words, except, I am so sorry for the heartfelt loss of Kelly. Kelly was always there for me to help me with class reunion plans, and I am so sad he will not be there to help me with the est of them. I pray for you all. I wish I could do something to help you at this time, but I know there is one greater who will do that.
