Linda Louise Westmoreland

Linda Louise Westmoreland, born on April 3, 1943 in Gainesville, Georgia, to the late Dorothy Perry Westmoreland and the late Vernon Westmoreland, passed away at age 74 on March 11, 2018.

Linda attended East Hall High School.  She was a homemaker and a member of South Bend United Methodist Church.

Linda was preceded in death by her son, Robert Steve Phillips; and dog, Precious.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Westmoreland; brothers, Jimmy Westmoreland and Jerry Westmoreland; sisters, Sue Tywman and Wanda Turpin; grandchildren, Shanacey Word, Hillary Westmoreland, and Ryan Westmoreland; great granddaughter, Alexia Word; and many nieces and nephews as well as great- nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are welcome to attend the celebration of life service, officiated by Rev. Richard Long, on Thursday, March 15 at 3:00 p.m. at South Bend United Methodist Church, 3512 Clarks Bridge Road, Gainesville.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to South Bend United Methodist Church, 3512 Clarks Bridge Road, Gainesville, Ga. 30506.
