Clifton, I just saw the news about Marcia in the Herald-Leader. It sounds as though you had a wonderful marriage. I think I have seen you only a couple of times since I left to join the Air Force. Memories of our friendship in high school have always been very special to me, and I have mentioned you in that regard to other friends over the years. I'm sorry I didn't get to know Marcia. She obviously was a very special person. I'm happy for you that you found such a wonderful lady to spend your life with. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers as you move through this difficult time. With love and respect, your friend, Lloyd Bryant.

I was so sorry to hear of Marcia's passing. I met her in the Kidz Praise Ministry at Blackshear Place and she always had a kind word for me every time I saw her. I will miss her humor and friendliness. My prayers and deepest sympathies go out to the family.

What a precious soul! Mrs. Marcia was a bright light at FES and I am beyond blessed to have known her and to have worked with her several times over the years as a substitute in Mrs. Tidwell's room. Julie, Melissa, Georgia Lee, Annie, and Grant... my heart goes out to all of you and her sons. So many were touched by her kindness; she will be dearly missed by many! So very sorry for this loss... love and prayers to all!

McDuffie Family,
Your entire family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Mrs. Marcia was my daughter's favorite person at Friendship Elementart and hugged her every morning. Both of my children had Julie as teachers as well. We are so sorry for your loss.
