Chris and Family, The Tea Room was never the same without Mary and J.B. Mrs. Martin was the center of the faculty and student universe! EVERYONE went there for the company, kindness, and advice! The place was so much more than a place to get the best food (Larry Andrews Special), and cakes that you would claim to have baked (Red Velvet, Coconut, and many others). Very sad news. Mrs. Martin, I thank God for allowing our paths to cross a few years ago. I was honored to be your tenant and I thank God HE allowed us to be come lasting friends. I already miss that I will not be able to come by and see you or talk to you any longer but I rejoice to know that you're worshiping with our Lord and Savior at this very moment. Thank you Lord Jesus for this precious dear woman and how she loved me and how I loved her. Beverly, Joshua, Samuel and myself will forever fondly remember you and your sweet loving and caring spirit. God bless you for your friendship.
