Mildred "Billie" (Green) Gaines

Mildred Green "Billie"  Gaines, 91 of Flowery Branch passed away Tuesday February 13, 2018.

A lifelong resident of Hall County, Mrs. Gaines was the daughter of the late Hoyt and Eula Keith Green.  She was retired from Gold Kist Mills where she worked as an accountant.  Mrs. Gaines was a member of the First Baptist Church in Flowery Branch.

Survivors include her son, Robert Gaines, Flowery Branch; daughter-in-law, Diane Gaines, Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Jan Green, Flowery Branch; grandchildren, Scott and Tiffany Gaines; Jeromy Gaines, Ryan and Kathy Gaines, all of Gainesville; sister-in-law, Dorcas Taylor, Oakwood.  A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Mrs. Gaines is preceded in death in death by her parents, husband, Harold Dean Gaines and son, Stan Gaines.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday February 16, 2018 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  Rev. Chuck Nation will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Alta Vista Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday February 15, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church of Flowery Branch, P.O. Box 427, Flowery Branch, Ga. 30542 in memory of Mrs. Gaines.
