Richard D. Baylis, 77, of Flowery Branch, passed away on Sunday November 22, 2015.

Born in Troy NY., he was the son of Wesley and Lillian Baylis. He was a pharmacist.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Baylis is survived by his spouse, Alonzo Underwood; son Mark Baylis; daughter, Michelle Horn; sister, Ethel Kerr; 3 granddaughters and 3 great-grandchildren.
