Sandra Shaw (Shaw) Alderman

Sandra Shaw Alderman, 75, of Gainesville, Georgia, died peacefully after a brief illness on March 24, 2015.   She was born on November 7, 1939 in England.  She is predeceased by her parents Winifred Mary Alderman (nee Smith) and John Clement Alderman.

Ms. Alderman came to Gainesville to teach drama at Brenau, and became very active in the Gainesville Theater Alliance.  She was a talented costume designer, and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the theater.  She was an active member of Grace Episcopal Church, and a member of the Order of the Daughters of the King.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m.  on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Grace Episcopal Church, Gainesville.  A reception will follow in the parish hall.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Episcopal Church, Gainesville, Georgia.
