Ann (Thomas) Collins

Ann (Thomas) Collins 70 of Gainesville, passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019. 

Ann Collins was born May 27, 1948 and raised in Hall County, Ga. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She leaves behind Husband Michael Baker of Douglasville, Ga. She also leaves behind daughter Tammie Postell of Flowery Branch, GA as well as twin sons; Lewis Brent Collins of Summerville, SC, and Douglas Bryan Collins of Gainesville, Ga. In addition, she leaves behind four granddaughters; Kirsten Rae McEachin, Jessica Godwin, Chelsea Reid, Ravin Cato. Three grandsons; Tyler Collins, Justin Collins, and Jairin Cato. She also leaves behind 5 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father Albert Thomas, her mother Margie Thomas Slater, her brother Douglas Ray Thomas, her daughter Tyra Mechelle Collins, and her granddaughter Kaitlin McEachin Pierce.

The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home Friday, March 1, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 2 p.m.
