Donnie Dwayne Brumbalow

Donnie Dwayne Brumbalow, 79 of Gainesville passed away Monday July 23, 2018 at his residence.

Donnie enjoyed years of his calling into ministry and it was his passion to win another soul over to the kingdom. He worked in law enforcement, and later retired from Dawson county board of education as a substitute teacher and bus driver. He went home to be with Jesus early Monday morning, at his residence with his wife, 3 weeks after being diagnosed with lung cancer.

Donnie was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. and Mrs. J.E. Brumbalow, brothers: Everett, Curtis, Byron, and Cecil and sister Fairy Mote. He was survived by wife of 46 years, Nina Brumbalow, children Chris and Amanda, 3 sons in OK Mike, Kory, and Brady; Sister Gladys Black; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Friday, July 27, 2018 in the chapel at Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  Rev. Scott Wilson will officiate.  The family will receive friends at Little Davenport Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 26, 2018.
