“The last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.”—1 Corinthians 15:26.
Dear family, take comfort in the knowledge that God hates death, and promises to eliminate it forever. Your loved one can live again thru the resurrection - Job 14:14,15. Find further encouragement in this article www.jw.org/is-death-the-end/

I’m so sorry that I didn’t know about Heyward’s passing until this morning. My sincere condolences to the family; my extended family. Heyward was my father’s first cousin. I grew up knowing him and was then fortunate to have worked with him at Norton Company. In all of those years he was always the same; a good, kind, soft-spoken and cheerful man. I know he will be deeply missed.

To Heyward's family -
It saddens me to read of Heyward's death. i worked with him at Norton for at least 20 years and he was just one of my favorite people. He was in Purchasing and I was in Accounting. He was a very pleasant and easy person to work with. I know you will all miss him and that you have lots of wonderful memories. I'm happy that I had the opportunity to know him. God bless you all.

I would like to offer my personal condolences to your family. I hope that you will be able find strength in God’s promise at Revelation 21:4 that soon: “he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” You are in my thoughts and prayers.

So very sorry to learn of Hayward passing. He is probably the last of the deacons I grew up under as a youth in MtVernon Baptist Church. None other so faithful and working at church. He was always willing to help with whatever was needed for any of us. Church secretary, choir member, Sunday school teacher to cook for brotherhood meeting. Rest In Peace, sweet Hayward. Blessing to your family
