On behalf of OP and my entire family, I wanted to say thank you for the beautiful flowers you sent in honor of my Mom's Memorial Service and the note you posted here.

Talmadge, Edd, Dwight: We just learned of Jeannine"s death and are saddened by the news. Also sad that we did not learn in time to pay respects at the funeral home. Our thoughts and prayers are for God's comfort and peace for you.

Ronald & Jena-
Thank you so much for your kind note to my Dad, Talmadge, and uncles Edd and Dwight. Even though Mom was seriously ill, she passed much more quickly than we anticipated and with the holiday, many were unaware of her passing. I know that Dad and my uncles would have loved to have visited with you at the service.
However, I would like to say thank you for your note here and I will make sure that the message gets to all involved. Your kind remembrance of my Mom will not go unnoticed.

Dear Family of Jeannine, we are praying for God's comfort, grace, peace, and strength during this time and in the future. Talmadge, you, Jeannine and your families were wonderful friends to Willard and me and our families during our years of worship together at Pleasant Union Baptist Church. We enjoyed our trips to gospel singings in Atlanta and other churches with you. Jeannine was very talented in music and other ways.
