Jessie Mae (Watkins) Braselton

Jessie Mae Braselton, 88 of Gainesville passed away Saturday January 18, 2020.

Born in Barrow County, Mrs. Braselton had lived in Hall County for a number of years.  She was the daughter of the late J.J. and Esther Mae Teal Watkins.  She was a graduate of Oakwood High School and retired from the Hall County Health Department where she had worked for 25 years.  Mrs. Braselton was a member of New Life International Prophetic Outreach in Winder, Ga.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, James E. and Jean Braselton, Gainesville; Lee H. and Julia Braselton, Ossian, Indiana;  daughter-in-law, Anne Braselton, Murrayville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Flo and James Jones, Young Harris, GA; Betty Jo and Robert Thompson, Flowery Branch; grandchildren, Julie Delvalle; Russ Braselton; Leona Miles; Glenn Braselton, Jr.; Robbie Braselton; Jennifer Moring; Ted Braselton; Michelle Hughes; Marissa Werling; Jane Reinhard; great grandchildren; Trenton Delvalle; Gage Williams; Kymberlee Braselton; Jessalynn Braselton; Madalynne Braselton; Gabrielle Braselton; Alexis Braselton; Kinsley Braselton; Dalton Boyette; Scottie Braselton; Karena Huff; Justin Braselton; McKaelon Hughes (Micha); Lucas Moore; Liam Moore; Hope Moring; Sammy Moring; Deacon Reinhard; Finn Reinhard; Scout Reinhard; great great grandchildren, Ryder Rodman and Kynlee Rodman.

Mrs. Braselton is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Louis Braselton; son, Glenn H. Braselton, Sr. and brothers, Paul Watkins and Bill Watkins

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday January 21, 2020 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  James Braselton and Elder Alphonsa Forward will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday January 20 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
