Joyce (Lovell) Cole

Joyce Lovell Cole, 75 of Gainesville died Sunday July 9, 2017 at her residence.

A native of White County, Mrs. Cole had lived in Hall County for a number of years.  She was the daughter of the late Alton and Vivian Tapp Lovell.  Mrs. Cole worked as a Lab Technician at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center and was a member of Harmony Hall Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Cole, Gainesville; son, Clayton E. Cole, Gainesville; grandson, Jordan Teague, Atlanta; brother, Texas Gray Lovell, Toccoa; sisters, Nell Glaze, Cleveland and Shirley Neff, Nicholson.  A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

A Celebration of Life service  will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday July 12, 2017 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. Bruce Morgan will officiate.    The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday.  A graveside service will be held for the cremains  at 11:00 a.m. Thursday July 13 at the Union Grove Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery in White County.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to Good News at Noon, P.O. Box 1577, Gainesville, Ga. 30503 in memory of Joyce.
