Leonard Horace Allison

Horace Allison, 90, of Flowery Branch died Sunday November 10, 2019 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton Campus.

A lifelong resident of Hall County, Mr. Allison was the son of the late Ross and Bessie Turk Allison. He served in the United States Air Force and  was self-employed.

Survivors include his Grandchildren, Melinda Denoto, Denver, Colorado; Tyler Caughron, Flowery Branch; brother and sister-in-law, Dilmous and Rita Allison, Flowery Branch; sisters, Marie Long, Flowery Branch; Tiny Ivey, Gainesville; son-in-law, Michael "Mike" Waters, Flowery Branch;  and  a special person, Mary Lou Caughron, Flowery Branch.

Mr. Allison is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Wilma Polk Allison and daughter, Debbie Allison Waters.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday November 12, 2019 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  Rev. Phil Carpenter will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions please be made to the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia, 845 West Ridge Road, Gainesville, Georgia  30501.
