Ruth Louise (Wilson) Carder

Ruth Louise Carder age 82 of Gainesville, Ga. Died Saturday August 11, 2018 at the N.E. Ga. Med. Ctr.

Funeral services will be held  2 pm Monday August 13, 2018 at the Little Davenport Chapel, interment will follow in the Murrayville Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery and the family will receive friends Sunday at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm.

She was the daughter of the late Homer and Florence Anderson Wilson, a native and lifetime resident of Gainesville, a member of Price Community Church and had worked at Cornet Carpets for many years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Rabon Gee Carder and siblings, Rachel, Ranzy, J.D., Bill and Asbury Wilson.

Survivors include a daughter, Cathie "Sue" Tanner, grandchildren, Corey, Neil and Clint Tanner all of Gainesville. great grandchildren, Jordan and Stormy Smith, Ashley, Sophie, Justin, Devan and Marcus Tanner and one great-great grandchild, Tanner Scott Smith. Brothers, Jack, Clyde, Junior, Edward and Gene Wilson. A host of other relatives and friends also survive.
