Susan Newman

Susan E. Newman of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away suddenly on Wednesday morning December 27, 2017. Susan was born in Newnan, Georgia on September 13th, 1961. She was a 1979 graduate of Forest Park High School.

Susan loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a HUGE Georgia Bulldogs fan and was loved by everyone, for her enormous heart and love for all.

Susan is survived by her son Michael Patrick Newman, her sister Cheryl Freeman, (John) of Jenkinsburg, Ga, Lisa West Campbell, (Jack) of Suwanee, Ga, Lorrie West Lloyd, (Kevin) of Snellville, Ga, Donna West, Hampton, Ga, her brother Robert L. West, Jr (Marsha) of McDonough, Ga, her sister Mary Elizabeth West of Jackson, Ga, and her parents, Delores West, Villa Rica, Ga, and Robert L. West, Sr., Forest Park, Ga.  She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Michael Patrick, Kathryn Brooke, Mary Allison, Mark Daniel, and Kenzie along with several nieces and nephews, and her dear friends Martha and Quillian Woodall. Susan was preceded in death by her father James E. Newman and her beloved maternal grandmother, Mary Dodson

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Holly Hill Funeral Home 431 SW Broad St. Fairburn, Ga 30213.   The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
