Alice Ann (Hudgins) Connolly

Alice Ann Hudgins Connolly, 74 of Lilburn, Ga. formerly of Gainesville, Ga. passed away Sunday July 27, 2025. 

A private graveside service will be held for family at Alta Vista Cemetery. Alice was born February 24, 1951 in Gainesville, GA, to the late Albert and Lillian (Ashford) Hudgins. 

She graduated Gainesville High School and attended Brenau University in her younger years. She worked at Emory University Hospital and continued working in the respiratory therapy field until she retired to spend time with her family.

She is survived by her partner of 40 years, Joe Carroll. Sons: Sean (Renee) Connolly, Columbia, SC, and Kristopher (Andrea) Connolly, Gainesville. Siblings: Charles (Carole) Hudgins of Gainesville and sister Nany Greene of Stone Mtn. Grandchildren: Katherine Connolly, Brianna Johnson, Aiden Connolly, Lucas Feltner, and Christian Connolly. Great-grandson: Jacob Johnson.
