Blanche (Reed) Couch

Blanche Reed Couch, 88 of Toccoa, Ga., formerly of Flowery Branch died Friday January 21, 2022 at the Stephens County Hospital following a brief illness.

Mrs. Couch had lived in Hall County for most of her life, before moving to Toccoa, Ga in 2013.  She was the daughter of the late W.P. and Sarah Scroggs Reed.  Mrs. Couch retired from the Hall County School System, where she drove a bus for over 28 years, she was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and Dennis Geary, Toccoa, Ga., sister and brother-in-law, Vivian and Joe Conner, Murrayville, sister, Hazel Smith, Oakwood.  A number of nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews also survive.

Mrs. Couch is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 70 years, Burlon Couch, daughter, Carol Ann Couch, two brothers and three sisters.

Graveside services will be held Monday January 24, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the Memorial Park Cemetery.  Rev.  David Pruett will officiate.
