Harold Ray Belcher Jr., known as Ray, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026, at the age of 80.
Ray loved Jesus, his family, his country, and everyone he met. He proudly served in the United States Army for 39 years, a career marked by honor and dedication. Ray was a devoted husband, father, and soldier whose life reflected faith, service, and kindness.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Karen Belcher, who passed in May 2025. They shared 55 years of marriage.
Ray is survived by his three children: Katherine Marks, Michael Belcher, and David Belcher.
He will be remembered for his servant’s heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for God, family, and country.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday February 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
