Horace Ferguson
Born April 27, 1936 Died May 9, 2020
Horace left us after a long battle with cancer and other health problems.
He was preceded in death by his son Phillip, who I know was waiting for him with fishing pole in hand.
Survivors include his Son, Rick Ferguson and Daughter, Judy (Ferguson) Clark; Grandchildren, Matthew Clark, Breanna Ferguson, Bryce Ferguson. Brennan Clark.
Horace was a proud native of the Gainesville and Hiawassee, Ga area where he loved to fish and hunt. He left as a young man to join the Navy and served aboard the USS Bremerton. He settled in Seattle to raise his family and was very proud to be an owner of his own Big O Tire Store and gas station.
Horace loved nothing better than to take off camping for the weekend & taking his kids dirt biking. He was a big man with a big heart who loved his gardens and flowers. I know he would say do not cry for me, I'm Gone Fishin!
Due to the Covid-19 we are postponing his memorial. If you would like to leave the family your thoughts or info to be contacted when we have a date please send your contact info to the family at CelebrateHoraceFerguson@gmail.com
