Joe Burton "Burt" Hubbard

Joe Burton "Burt" Hubbard, 63 of Gainesville passed away Wednesday October 1, 2025, at his residence.

A lifelong resident of Hall County, Mr. Hubbard was the son of the late John W. Hubbard. He was a graduate of North Hall High School, Class of 1980.  Mr. Hubbard was the owner/operator of Advance Tooling and also worked for Last Chance Archery. He was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Celeste Hubbard, Gainesville, son, Spencer Hubbard, and daughter, Hannah Hubbard, both of Gainesville, mother, Barbara Hubbard, Cumming, brother, Steve Hubbard, Gainesville, cousin, Rickey and Patti Smith, Murrayville, mother-in-law, Nina Duke and father-in-law, Ronald Allison, both of Gainesville. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday October 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Yellow Creek Baptist Church. Rev. Ricky Stone and Rev. Rex Fuller will officiate. Interment will follow in the Yellow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
