Judy Smith Taylor, age 90, of Dahlonega, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. She was born in 1934 to the late Harry and Lou Dezzie Smith. Judy was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church in Murrayville, GA. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by sons, Jimmy and Johnny Taylor; daughter, Teresa Taylor; siblings, Vernell Peck and Vernon Smith.

She is survived by her loving husband, James Emory Taylor; children, Jerry (Rebecca) Taylor, Lynn (Gregg) Lenderman, and Joey (Tracey) Taylor; grandchildren, Scott Taylor, Tiffany Taylor-Sullivan, Jeremy Taylor, Josh Lenderman, Cassie Lenderman-Nix, Jason Taylor, Johnathan Taylor, Zachary Taylor, Chase Taylor, and Ansley Taylor; great grandchildren, Hannah, Darrell, Madalyn, Henry, Amelia, Josie, Lucy, and Teddy; sister, Marell Carder; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Yellow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Murrayville, GA, with Rev. Justin Arnold officiating.
