Mrs. Smallwood is survived by her sister, Rebecca I. Page and her daughter, Rebecca Watkins along with grandchildren. David M. Watkins, Katie O. Watkins and Destiny Stephens and 5 great grandchildren. Also, her son David Watkins and grandchildren Marcus D. Watkins, Preston D. Watkins and Victoria A. Watkins and 4 great grandchildren.
She'll be dearly missed and was truly loved by us all.
