Linda Dianne Sims Obituary
Linda Dianne Sims, 79 of Gainesville passed away Tuesday July 14, 2020 at her residence.
Born August 9, 1940 in Gainesville, Georgia, Ms. Sims was the daughter of the late Lunette Edwards Guest and Clarence Holland. She worked for many years as a hairdresser at Lads and Lassies Salon, and was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Larry Peck, Gainesville; grandsons and wives, Andrew and Courtney Peck, Gainesville; Matthew and Katie Peck, Cumming; great grandson, Mason Andrew Peck, Gainesville.
Ms. Sims is preceded in death by her parents, son, Jeff Lyle and a sister, Virginia Holland McKay.
Private graveside services will be held Thursday July 16, 2020 at the Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Matthew Vandegriff will officiate.
