Lounelle (Ivey) Justus

Lounelle Ivey Justus, 95 of Gainesville passed away Thursday October 23, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be held Saturday October 25, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. Drewery Loggins will officiate. Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.

Mrs. Justus was born on May 21, 1930, to the late George Washington Ivey and Carrie Lou Whiting Ivey. She was a lifelong resident of Hall County and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church since 1941. Mrs. Justus was retired from Wrigley's.

Survivors include her daughter, Judy Couch Segars, and son-in-law, Larry Moss. Mrs. Justus is survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Mrs. Justus is preceded in death by her husbands, Elmer D. Gilleland and Charlie A. Justus, daughter, Janice Moss, 6 sisters and brothers-in-law, 2 brothers and 2 sisters-in-law.
