Robert Loyd

Robert Junior Loyd, age 88, of Gainesville, GA, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at his residence. He was born in 1935 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Loyd. Robert enjoyed landscaping and working outdoors. He was a member of Murrayville Baptist Church in Murrayville, GA. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Jim, Parks, and Sarah Loyd.

 He is survived by his children, Joel (Denise) Loyd, and Keith Loyd; grandson, Joshua Loyd; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home in Gainesville, GA with Rev. Jay Shuler officiating. Interment will follow at Alta Vista Cemetery in Gainesville, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
