Scott Morrow Pruitt Obituary

Scott Morrow Pruitt, 54, of Gainesville passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 14th after a very long and courageous battle with cancer.

Although a very private person, Scott loved his close circle of friends and their time together on the lake or in the woods.

He is survived by his brothers, Jeff of Flowery Branch, his wife Suzanne and their children Jack and Caroline, Mike of Cumming, his wife Cindy and their children Kel, Cade, and Anna Reese, and his sister Kathy and her husband Frank of Ellaville.

Those close to Scott knew him for his great sense of humor, and his love for sports and the outdoors. Never would he pass on the opportunity to go hunting or fishing.

A visitation will be held at Little and Davenport Funeral Home in Gainesville from 11:00-12:00 on Thursday. May 16th followed by a service in the Funeral Home's Chapel led by Former Pastor Dr. Bill Coates.
