Susan Goodman Weakley

Susan Goodman Weakley, 66 of Gainesville passed away Tuesday February 25, 2020.

Born in Abington, PA, Mrs. Weakley was a former resident of Stone Mountain before moving to Gainesville a number of years ago.  She was retired from Nortel Networks and was a very active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Gainesville.  Mrs. Weakley was active with Gateway Domestic Violence Center in Gainesville.  She was a very loving and kind lady and was loved by all who knew her.  She will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Robert Montgomery "Bob" Weakley, Gainesville; children, Rob, Tina, Tracy, Tammy and Terri; mother, Dorothy Goodman; sisters, Carol and Denise and brother, Wayne; grandchildren; Avery, John, J.T., Chloe, Keith and Abbey; 1 great grandchild also survives.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday February 28, 2020 at the First Presbyterian Church of Gainesville.  The family will receive friends in Swetenburg Hall at the church immediately following the memorial service.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking the memorial contributions please be made to Gateway Domestic Violence Center, P.O. Box 2962, Gainesville, Ga. 30503 or the First Presbyterian Church, 800 S. Enota Drive, Gainesville, Ga. 30501 in memory of Mrs. Weakley.
