Tonya Johnette Turner

Tonya Johnette Turner, 50 of Lula, passed away on September 26, 2021, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Tonya was a loving wife and mother of four daughters. She was a follower of Christ and there was nothing she loved more than helping others. Tonya spent her life going on many adventures with her husband and watching her girls play ball. We take comfort in knowing she was saved by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ when she was 12 years old at Timber Ridge Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years Stacey Turner whom she married in June 1996. Her daughters Kali, Logan, Peyton, and Ashlyn Turner, her mother Darlene Nix, father Greg Olson (Becky), brother Kelly Olson (Katie), Brother-In-Law Rodney, and her brother-in-law Shane (Regina), also survived. 

Tonya was preceded in death by her Father and Mother-in-Law Kenneth and Linda Turner from Lula. 

Family and friends are welcome to visit with the family on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Little and Davenport Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at 2:00 pm, at Whitehall Baptist Church, followed by interment at Whitehall Baptist Cemetery.
