Miss Barbara was always one of the most encouraging people in my life. She never failed to hug me, share her wisdom with me, simply love me. It always made my heart smile when she greeted me with "Lovely day!" You will be missed, Miss Barbara but it is now indeed a lovely day for you. Enjoy your walk with Jesus.

Barbara was a friend and an amazing, gifted writer. I met Barbara through the Northeast Georgia Writers, Gainesville. Everyone who knew her and enjoyed her writing will miss her.
