Please accept my condolences. The pain, grief, feelings of helplessness that we feel after losing someone we love can seem unbearable. At such times, Bible scriptures such as 1 Corinthians 1: 3, 4 can be a source of encouragement : “Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.”

To Mary Grace, Sandra and family- My heart goes out to all of you and prayers for your comfort and peace are being offered. I have many fond memories of the Blackstock family and the farm. I loved to hear my Dad tell hunting stories about his times with the Blackstocks. In some ways when I think about the many in our families that are gone, it makes me sad. But knowing they are together, laughing and telling stories, makes me smile and I look forward to the day when we see each other again. Mary Grace, you are in my thoughts and prayers, i am so sad for his loss as you all are, i am Glad i got to visit with him Last Saturday, we have know each other from the 9th Grade on, He was a special friend and will be missed........ They say God picks his flowers for his flower bed from his garden here on earth, and this was one of his finest!~

I immediately thought of such great times I have had with the Blackstock family throughout my entire life. I am so proud to be a member of this wonderful family.
