My condolences go out to Erin Reape and her family on the passing of her grandfather Mr. Downing, or as se affectionately referred to him around the office as Paw Paw. I wish I could be with you all today. What a loving soul friends and family have lost. Mr Downing's smile, hugs and blessings were one of a kind..genuine and heartfelt. My childhood memories of your dad are such special ones. I was so shy back in Berry Hill times but your dad always brought a smile and made me feel like part of the Downing family, and that's pretty special! My heart is heavy in knowing how much he will be missed, also thankful for the years he had to celebrate on earth. Now, he will celebrate with family and friends who went before him. Love you all!
