We are so sorry to hear about Ken's passing. We worked together for several years in Mississippi. He was always an inspiration to be with and he always was striving to be the best in his work. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Ken was a fighter and such a positive person, and I know his friendship meant a lot to my parents! He will be missed by many!

Tena and family. Although I did not have the pleasure of getting to know Ken personally, I feel that I know him well through the many wonderful stories that Vickie Neikirk has shared the last few months.

I know beyond any shadow of doubt that Ken is in heaven with a whole spirit fishing and boating with all those who have passed before him. He is there telling jokes and making everyone smile.

I pray that those still here will have peace of mind and feel him always in your hearts and hear him speak to you in your dreams, knowing that he is safe and happy as I pray with all of my heart that you all will be also.

My heart to yours,
Melissa Hawk

Ken and I played music together in the Phantoms. The day Ken approached me about being the lead singer in the band was the best moment of my life. We had some great times together and played some great music as well. I am so thankful that we had our reunion during Ken's 45th Warren Central class reunion. It was a lot of fun and I think Ken enjoyed it the most.

To the family, please accept my sincere condolences and prayers. I know this has been very hard on you but trust that God has a plan. He has healed Ken totally and Ken is already playing music for Jesus right now.

Ken was a wonderful father to Melanie. He was a wonderful human being. Everyone who met him saw exactly what he was. There was never any falseness in him. Kind, gentle and caring. What an amazing girl he raised though! That is his legacy. Love & prayers to his family.

Ken and I went to high school together. I saw him twice since we graduated in 1971 and both times he was the same kind and approachable guy I knew from all those years ago. I treasure his contribution to my life and am so sorry that I will not get to visit with him again. I know that your loss must be unbearable and have you both in my heart.
