I never met Rob personally but see his talent spread all over North Georgia in his awesome stained glass windows. Since they will last for hundreds of years, his memory will also last. He certainly has made our neighborhood more beautiful.

David and I were so sorry to hear of Rob's passing. We hoped for a reunion of our group from the old days (1970's). So, so sorry we didn't make it happen sooner. We would have loved catching up. Our deepest sympathy to Rob's family and close friends.

Please accept our deepest sympathy at this sad time. We knew Rob through his extraordinary stained glass talent. His work graced two of our homes and we so enjoyed knowing and working with Rob. He was one of the kindest men we knew...always helpful and went above and beyond with any request. One of the things I most remember is his concern for others always putting them above his needs. May God bless the family. Caro and John Landers

My heart is heavy w/our loss of Rob, but I know God will use his talent to even enhance the beauty of Heaven. He created so many works of art for so many to cherish. He recently completed window plaques for Central Baptist & beautiful arch from atrium which will be treasured. He was a blessing to know & I pray the happy & fond memories will help begin to fill the void he leaves in his precious family, love & prayers Jan Cobb

Rob was truly a "cool" guy--I missed him walking Whitey, and fussing over Zuri, So helpful with everything from broken water lines, wayward snakes, and dead batteries.
His remarkable talent with tiny slivers of colored glass will be his legacy--the world is a more beautiful place because he was here--even for such a short time. Peace be with Sandy, Charli and all his family and friends

My heart hurt so badly when I got this news. Sandy, I was so lucky to watch him create masterpieces for many of my clients (&me!). But, besides his creativity, he was a wonderful, loving person... helped me on many occasions, including once when I ran out of gas... will miss him greatly. I am thinking of you & all loved ones. xxx. Vivian.

Sandy and Charli, you continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. Rob was a true friend and the BEST neighbor anyone could ever have. Always willing to help with any need that presented itself WITH No expectation for reward or payment, just glad to help. He was a remarkable man and he DID made a difference with his life. May God grant you peace in this trial knowing Rob is in the best place our Lord has already provided for His own. We love you. In His Service and Love, Jay and Joyce Swanger
