Sandra was such a model for all Southern Ladies to follow. She was loved by so many people and she loved with her whole heart each who loved her. She will be sorely missed by so many. RIP SWEET SANDRA. Your UDC sisters will be lost without you

Dearest Gail, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Every time I think of Sandra I think of her beautiful smile, sweet nature and kindness. I will never forget the fun trip we shared to Richmond, Virginia several years ago and the many, many laughs we all had at UDC Conventions over the years. She will be greatly missed by so many. She loved you dearly and you were so attentive and loving to her! My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family! Love you, Elaine

She was my 6th grade teacher T Sardis Elementary. I saw her a few years ago and she remembered I loved Elvis movies. She was an amazing teacher. As a Lanier Tech employee, I saw the impact she had as an Adult Literacy teacher. She was one special lady and I'm a better person for having known her. I'm so sorry for your loss.

My deepest sympathy to Jean and the Henson family. "Miss Henson" became Mrs. Gaither the same year that she was my sixth grade teacher at Sardis Elementary. She was a wonderful lady who touched the lives of many. I will remember her very fondly.
